Spinach (Spinacia oleracea), yes you can do more than just eat it!
Ok, maybe I am a bit different for taking a photo of spinach but in some gardens the good old veg can be seen as an item of beauty just as much as any flower can. I loved how the sun brought out the colours of their stems in the garden.

I take many photographs of veg in my allotment so I don't think it's strange at all
